The nonprofit organization was founded in December 2003.  Norman’s Santa Fe Train Depot, 200 South Jones Ave., serves as the PAS home.

The Performing Arts Studio, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, produces Summer Breeze and Winter Wind Concerts, Gallery Exhibitions in the Depot, Lunchtime Concerts (in association with the Norman Downtowners Association,) Second Sunday Poetry Readings and Second Stage Players.  Jazz Concerts have been added this year.  The organization also manages rental of the depot for weddings, meetings, parties and other events and serves as the venue for several art and writing classes for adults.

PAS programs are funded in part by grants from Norman Arts Council, Oklahoma Arts Council and The National Endowment for the Arts, generous donations from individual and corporate donors, memberships and depot rental income.

For more information about Performing Arts Studio programs, call 405-307-9320.  Office and gallery hours in the depot are 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday.
