Rental Information

The Depot is available to rent for weddings, receptions, parties, meetings and other events.  Call 405-307-9320 for additional information.

Rental Rates: $60 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.  $100 per hour after midnight.  Rental time must include set up time, take down time, and cleaning time.  (See below)   The renter is responsible for returning chairs and tables to their storage areas and putting all trash into the barrels provided.

Cleaning Services: If the renter does not wish to mop, clean restrooms and empty trash following the event, our janitor service is $35 (rental time is not charged during janitor service which includes: emptying trash: cleaning rest rooms and mopping the floors.)

Security/Cleaning Deposit: $100, to be a separate check which will be returned following the event if the building is in appropriate condition and there is no theft or damage.

Removal of Paintings: The Depot also serves as a gallery.  If the renter wishes to have the art removed for their event, one week prior notice and a $35 fee are required.

Opening and Closing of the Depot
A PAS staff member will meet the renter at the beginning of the rental period to unlock the doors and again at the appointed closing time to lock and set the alarm.  If there is an adjustment in the closing time needed after the event is in progress, the staff member can be called to close at the newly adjusted time.  The building is never to be left unlocked and unattended.  To do so is automatic forfeiture of rental deposit and liability for any theft or damage which might result from that action.

Rental includes:
- Use of both rooms, two restrooms, small kitchenette area
- 100 folding chairs
- 10 rectangular tables (2 1/2’ by 6’)
- 3 round tables (5’ diameter)
- Covered patio, brick area in front, and grounds north of the building

Restrictions:
- Occupancy limit is 101
- No nails or other punctures in the walls are allowed.
- The train platform is absolutely off limits.  It is too dangerous
- The Depot is a smoke free building

To Reserve the Depot for your event:
Call the Performing Arts Studio at 405-307-9320, or stop by the Depot, 200 South Jones Avenue, to determine whether your chosen date is available.  Office hours are 8:00am to 3:00pm Tuesday through Friday and from 1:00 to 5:00 on Sunday.
- If booking is within 30 days of the rental date, a contract, deposit check and full rental fee are required at time of booking.
- If booking is for a date more than 30 days in advance, a contract with the $100 deposit will reserve the date and time with the full rental fee due at least 30 days before the rental date.
